Don’t panic! Your place is already reserved.
Do you have a “GOLDEN TICKET” and would like to redeem your seat?
Please follow the procedure below:
1) Send us your GOLDEN TICKET by email to the following address: gt@123seollal.com
(Application deadline: 05.01.2025)
2) You will receive a payment link for the value of the reserved place (price above)
3) You will have 7 days to pay for your place / If payment is received, you will receive your ticket by email within 72 hours maximum (check your SPAM - junk mail).
If payment is not received within 7 days / The place will automatically be put back on general sale.
4) Enjoy the concert!
* The golden ticket is an AFTER PARY place reservation system launched by K-FRANCE in October 2024.
The ticket allowed the reservation of a place in EARLY BIRD/HI TOUCH/STANDARD with an additional participation fee. The guests were unknown at the launch.
This ticket being limited - the sale stopped before the official launch of our guests: SHAUN & WONHO announced during November.

Is the concert accessible to people with reduced mobility?

From what age is the concert accessible?
10 years old and accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to buy a festival day pass to access the concert?
No, you can go to the concert without having to buy a festival ticket.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No, we do not refund any tickets. However, a Facebook group exists to exchange/resell your ticket.
Is it possible to take a bag?
Only backpacks and handbags will be allowed.
Changing rooms will also be available for you to store your personal belongings.
